We are seeking fully qualified, professional hairdressers and barbers who are passionate about providing effective hair treatment in line with current guidelines and best practice. The role will be diverse and varied, involving the delivery of high-quality hair treatment sessions and guidance for care in corporate settings.

We are looking for hairdressers and barbers to join the Spectrum.Life platform to fulfil ad-hoc one to one employee hair treatment sessions.

You are provided with a direct line of communication with the recipients of your service and can choose to accept jobs according to your schedule and availability.

What is the role and what are my responsibilities?

The events will primarily involve performing one to one employee hair treatments (e.g. blow drys) as established by the corporate client. Additional responsibilities may include;

  • Working within limits of professional competence in line with principles of best practice, professional conduct and clinical governance
  • Keeping up to date with evidence base and CPD related to your profession

How will I be paid?

You will be required to submit a monthly invoice, to cover all services provided that month. Payment will be via bank transfer to your account.

What experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Minimum of Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing and/or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Barbering and/or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing (Combined Hair Types)

  • Professional and Public liability insurance

  • Experience delivering one to one treatment sessions in a corporate environment
