We are looking for financial experts to join the Spectrum.Life platform to fulfil ad-hoc seminars, workshops and one to one employee consultations.

What is the role and what are my responsibilities?

The events will primarily involve preparing for scripted seminars (covering topics such as saving, budgeting, borrowing and pensions), conducting money management workshops and performing one to one employee sessions as established by the corporate client. Additional responsibilities may include;

  • Working within limits of professional competence in line with principles of best practice, professional conduct and clinical governance
  • Being aware of, and referring clients on to, appropriate services as necessary
  • Keeping up to date with evidence base and CPD related to your profession

How will I be paid?

You will be required to submit a monthly invoice, to cover all services provided that month. Payment will be via bank transfer to your account.

What experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Do you possess a CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) Diploma Regulated Financial Planning Level 4 and/or a CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) Investment Advice Diploma Level 4 and/or a IFS Diploma for Financial Advisers and Professional Certificate in Banking Level 4
      • You must represent or be an appointed representative of a firm registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
      • Statement of professional standing
      • Professional and Public liability insurance
      • Experience delivering group seminars, workshops and one to one consultations in a corporate environment
